  7. Viewing confirmation – all appointments will be listed in your personal Property Tracker
  8. Tenant viewings – we attend all visits to your property ensuring continuity
  9. Progress review – you can check out the status of ‘viewings’ at your Property Tracker
  10. Speed of let – we review progress after 2 weeks if your property is not yet let
  11. Accept a tenant offer to let your property
  12. Tenant referencing – we vet tenant reliability with credit checks
  13. Property Safety – we arrange for your rental to comply with legislation
