- Tenant viewings – we attend all visits to your property ensuring continuity
- Progress review – you can check out the status of ‘viewings’ at your Property Tracker
- Speed of let – we review progress after 2 weeks if your property is not yet let
- Accept a tenant offer to let your property
- Tenant referencing – we vet tenant reliability with credit checks
- Property Safety – we arrange for your rental to comply with legislation
